| Is this PHPBB?
If it is then just go to the moderator page, click user user list, lookup however you want to add as an admin, click open/close>Permission>User Level>Administrator. Done.

| guys check your forum permission. It's on the bottom of this page.
It should say something like.. Permissions of this forums, and if your a mod, it should say "moderate this forum". Just click on that, and let me know if it works. | |
